Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. The postures offer increased strength, flexibility, body and breath awareness, and overall vitality. No prior yoga experience is needed. Virtual January and February sessions will be led by Beth Bachmann and Julie Shaw, respectively.
Optional: For the January sessions, you may bring a necktie and light weights (water bottles, soup cans, dumbbells, etc.) to each Zoom session.
This program is virtual, delivered via Zoom. Registration is required so that you can be sent the Zoom link. Please only register once as you will receive the weekly Zoom link for every session in the series from January 5 through February 23.
