Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. The postures offer increased strength, flexibility, body and breath awareness, and overall vitality. No prior yoga experience is needed. Virtual September and October sessions will be led by Beth Bachmann and Julie Shaw, respectively.

This program is virtual, delivered via Zoom. Registration is required so that you can be sent the Zoom link. The link to register will be accessible starting August 25. Please only register once as you will receive the weekly Zoom link for every session in the series from September 8th through October 27th.
