Meditation can be calming in difficult times. Join us as we explore different types of meditation with a “time of sharing” to follow for those who are so inclined. First-timers and those with any meditation experience are welcome. Are you ready to make time for yourself?
September meditation sessions will be held in a hybrid format with an option to attend in-person at the library or virtually on Zoom. The in-person class will be held indoors. When registering, please indicate if you will attend in-person or virtually. If you select to attend in-person, you can switch to the Zoom option by contacting Meaghan Darling, Adult Program Manager.
