Meditation can be calming in difficult times. Join us as we explore different types of meditation with a “time of sharing” to follow for those who are so inclined. First-timers and those with any meditation experience are welcome. Are you ready to make time for yourself?

This program is virtual, delivered via Zoom. Registration is required so that you can be sent the Zoom link. Please only register once as you will receive the weekly Zoom link for every session in the series from January 7 through March 25.
