Take a break from homework, extracurriculars, and life and just BE with us! Every Monday we will take some time to engage in mindful, calming activities such as coloring, breathing exercises, and more.
No registration required. This program will be held indoors in the Teen Section of the library. Meet by the Teen Bulletin Board to get materials or chat about the mindful activities we will be doing that day. For students in grades 5-12.
